With the aim of merging the best flavors of the Peruvian Andes and cooking techniques representative of Argentina, Uruguay and Peru, six world-renowned chefs will come together to prepare a culinary experience at Tambo del Inka, a Luxury Collection Resort. & Spa, located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, in the city of Cusco.
International chefs such as: Juan Gaffuri (Elena Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel - Buenos Aires, Argentina), Ramón Chiliguay (Oviedo Restaurant - Buenos Aires, Argentina), Pablo Profumo (El Parrillón Restaurant, Lima), and national chefs such as James Berckemeyer (Alado Restaurant and Cosme, Lima), Christian Bravo (Fire Restaurant, Lima) and Hajime Kasuga (Hanzo Restaurant, Lima), will be in charge of delighting the palates of visitors with their greatest creations, using six different cooking techniques.
This culinary experience, called "Height Fires", will take place on Saturday, December 10 from 12:30 pm, and will have as a gastronomic proposal different select cuts of national and imported meats, prepared with various fire techniques, such as kamado, grill , wood oven, cross, pachamanca, among others. Likewise, the culinary richness of the hosts will also be reflected in the accessories and side dishes where they will highlight the diversity of potatoes and corn from the area, as well as vegetables from the organic garden of the Tambo del Inka hotel, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa. For its part, the beverage proposal will include a signature welcome cocktail followed by the service of wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the experience.
